Company Name	Name of your company (used throughout your BizFlowEngine journey)
Your Full Name	Used to create two users: one for input and one for authorization
Email Address	Must be active — one-time passwords will be sent here
Contact #	Your personal or business phone number
Address	Your mailing address

✅ After completing the form and captcha, click Submit.

📧 What Happens Next?

You’ll receive an email from BizFlowEngine with:
- Usernames for both inputter and authorizer
- One-time passwords
Login with each user and set new passwords
