🗂️ UI Designer Groups — BizFlowEngine

UI Designer Groups in BizFlowEngine act like folders in the menu bar. They serve two main purposes:

Organize related UIs under a common group.
Restrict UI design access to specific employees with designer roles.

🧭 Steps to Create a UI Group

Navigate to the UI Designer Groups section.
Click on Create New to define a new group.
Existing groups can be:
- Viewed using the magnifier icon
- Edited using the edit button (if permitted)
- Deleted using the delete button (if permitted)

📝 Group Configuration

When creating a new group, provide the following:

Field	Description
Description	Name or purpose of the group
Remarks	Optional notes or comments
Employees	Add employees who are allowed to design UIs in this group

Click Save to finalize the group.

🔐 Access Control

Only employees added to a UI group will be able to:

Create new UIs within that group
Edit or manage UIs (if granted rights by SysAdmin)

This ensures secure and structured UI development across teams.
