📊 Reports — BizFlowEngine

BizFlowEngine provides flexible reporting tools to extract data from UIs and export it to Excel. Reports can be filtered by date, branch, and UI type.

🧭 How to Generate a Report

Navigate to the Reports menu
Select the desired UI
Choose a date range
(Optional) Apply a Branch filter
Click Export Report

✅ The system will extract data from the selected UI within the specified dates and export it to an Excel file.

🔁 Refreshing for New Reports

To generate a report for another UI, click the Refresh button before selecting a new UI.

📦 Types of Reports

BizFlowEngine supports two types of UI reports:

1. UI Report Without Tables

Extracts data from sections and objects only
Suitable for simple forms and single-record UIs

2. UI Report With Tables

Includes tabular data from embedded tables/grids
Ideal for UIs with row-based input (e.g., invoices, orders)

📌 There is no limit to the number of sections, objects, or tables in a UI. Reports are designed to handle all configurations generically.
