🧾 Actions in BizFlowEngine

BizFlowEngine offers two types of actions based on access rights assigned by the administrator:

Request Initiator Actions
Request Authorizer Actions

🟢 Request Initiator Actions

These actions are available to users who initiate or input requests.

Action	Description
Create Request	Initiate a new UI request.
Display Request	View existing requests along with their authorization status.
Edit Request	Modify an already authorized request.
Delete Request	Remove an authorized request.

🔵 Request Authorizer Actions

When a workflow is configured for a UI, requests initiated by the inputter enter an authorization cycle. These requests remain pending until final authorization is completed.

Action	Description
Authorize Request	Approve the request.
Reject Request	Decline the request.
Refer Back Request	Send the request back for revision.
Forward Request	Forward the request to another reviewer.

📌 Authorization Status & Trail

Once a request enters the workflow, a message appears at the bottom of the UI indicating that the request is under authorization.
The request initiator can view the current authorization stage by clicking the Trail button.
