BizFlowEngine operates with a consistent layout across all UIs, designed to streamline user interaction and data management. Understanding this layout is essential for building and using UIs effectively.


🧭 UI Navigation Flow

🔹 Starting Page

  • Appears when a user selects a UI from the menu bar
  • Displays a paginated list of saved records
  • Users can:
    • Filter records
    • Display details
    • Create new entries

🔸 Display Mode

  • Shows record details using labels only for fast rendering
  • Available actions:
    • Edit
    • Delete
    • Authorize
    • Reject

🔸 Create Mode

  • Shows input objects for data entry
  • Includes various object types for capturing user input

🧱 UI Composition

A BizFlowEngine UI is a combination of:

  • Sub UIs
  • Sections
  • Tables/Grids
  • File Upload Section

🔗 Sub UIs

  • Linked UIs that form hierarchical flows
  • Example:
    • Demand Note → Purchase Order → Delivery Note
  • When creating a record, the system prompts for the main UI reference

📁 File Upload Objects
